DIRECTOR

Established in 1993, Industrial Management Academy is a non-political and an autonomous organization. It is a professional body dedicated to the dissemination of knowledge on management concepts and practices. The Academy undertakes management consultancy services; provides guidance on rejuvenation of work culture; makes research studies on organizational climate; and prescribes suitable interventions for organizational excellence and industrial harmony. It primarily provides solutions on all HRD and Labour Law related problems. It has about 100 associates with expertise in different areas and management disciplines with capability to take-up a wide spectrum of business-related tasks. The Academy's Chief Executive Officer is Shri K. B. Dayani. The Academy has its own office which is moderately staffed and equipped with all modern communication facilities.
